Multimodal imaging of case 1: Fluorescein angiography showed an area of hypofluorescence in the early phase (A, H) and progressive staining (B, I). Indocyanine green angiography showed an area of hypofluorescence throughout the entire sequence (C, D, L, M). Fundus autofluorescence showed plaque-like macular lesions in both eyes with a mottled appearance (E, N). SD-OCT at baseline showed a disruption of the ellipsoid line associated with hyperreflective dots in the outer retinal layer and retinal pigment epithelium alterations (F, O). At eighteen months a complete macular chorioretinal atrophy was present (G, P)
